I am originally from Glen Falls, New York in the Adirondacks. I spent eight years in the U.S Navy, living in Puerto Rico and Rota, Spain. I came to Tallahasse in 1985. I graduated from FSU in 1988 with a degree in Intertnational Affairs. I met Evelyn my wife, in 1989 and we were married in 1993. We have two beautiful daughters, Anna and Samantha.
November 1994, I started working with Holiday Cruises & Tours. Since then, I have sailed on over 60 cruises, everything from the Brittanis to my most recent cruise aboard the Disney Fantasy. This was a family cruise and our 5th time on Disney.
Education is important in the dynamic travel industry which is why I continue to take online courses which help me assist my clients with their travel arrangements. I just completed Crystal Cruise Academy and Regent Seven Seas Cruises Academy on the cruise side and Hyatt & Fairmont hotel courses.
"I create custom itineraries for people who want to experience the world in a unique way."
My pleasure comes in knowing that my clients have had a wonderful cruise experience. This means I did my job for you, the cruiser. I look at cruising as a great way to see the world and experience many different cultures and people. Travel is one of the best education experiences as a child or adult can have. I enjoy spending time with my family and watching the girls grow (sometimes too fast). I also enjoy traveling, all forms of auto racing, music, cooking and relaxing to Jimmy Buffett Caribean music, a hammock, good food and Captain Morgan.

Lenny was so knowledgeable and an overall wonderful person to deal with. We would recommend this travel agency to anyone because of Lenny. - June Bolt

Lenny, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you and the help you have given me. It has given me complete peace of mind and will enable me to enjoy the trip without worries. When I am traveling on my own, I expect the unexpected but when I am responsible for others who have traveled little, I want things to go as smoothly as possible. - Marjorie Turnbull

What can I say?! The trip was amazing and perfect!! It exceed all of our expectations and then some. The agenda was beyond wonderful, our guides and escorts were the best, and the locations were amazing. There is nothing I would have changed about this trip at all.

We always felt safe and never in any danger of any sort. I realized how much the American media has biased us against European travel. I expected to see many Muslims and to feel that they were a threat. But that was not the case at all. We only saw a few Muslims and nothing at all like you see in the news.

While in France, we all feel in love with your escort that also carried out tour guide duties, Antonie. He was the best. We miss him still! We had a lovely escort through Italy, Anna. She took great care of us and we really appreciated everything she did. I don’t know how people can go to Europe and not have a tour guide or an escort. All the details were taken care of for us and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Having native escorts also made a huge difference. We found that if you try a little French or Italian with the locals, then they are more happy to help you and work with you because most of them knew English, or at least more English then we knew French and Italian!

Thank you so much for all your hard work and help through the last year. You made all of this possible for us and it will be a trip that we will never forget and always think of with much love and joy.

Much love, Jenny

"Wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed out trip to Alaska. Ange and I had a great time, and we certainly enjoyed the people we went with. Great trip, and great group!! And, thank you for coordinating everything for us, being the odd man out. Everything went as planned and on schedule!!!" -Jean and Ange Carboni

"Our cruise was terrific and all went smoothly. Staying at the Radisson on Saturday night was an excellent suggestion and made for an easy Sunday morning. We ate dinner Kelsey's Restaurant which is just across the Radisson parking lot and it was very good. Nice people and nice atmosphere.
The cabin choice was a good one-far enough from the elevator that we didn't have any noise and yet an easy walk for Mom. We were just steps from the restaurants when we got off the elevator.
Mom loved all of the evening entertainment. We were on My Time Dining and they treated Mom like a queen. They were most attentive and kind. She told them that they had her "spoiled rotten" and she loved every minte. And our dinner in Chops was just superb-great food, amazing desserts and excellent attentive service. In Cozumel, Guest Services recommended La Choz for lunch and it was a great recommendation. The food was good and the beer was cold and they had live music. Several crew members from various ships were there eating lunch also.
The delicious (and beautiful) chocolate covered strawberries were a nice treat.
Thank you so much for all your help putting the trip together and for making it all so easy for us."

"It was the BEST mini vacation ever!! Thank you Lenny.... The hotel (Waldorf Astoria New Orleans) was more than superb." - Cynthia

"Lenny has set up many cruises and tours for us over the past 18+ years and we have always been pleased. He can advise on cruise lines, land tours, which side of the ship to be on, which deck to select, things not to miss, etc. He can speak with knowledge from personal experience, having done a lot of cruises himself. We have found Lenny to be friendly, easy going, ehlpful, honest and capable. He has never dropped the ball or steered us wrong. He set up our western US land tour with Tauck and Pacific Coast cruise to Canada that we are doing." - Bill

"Hi Lenny, Thanks for all your assistance on my trip to Barcelona and my flights. I loved Barcelona...it was great. Margie & I did the hop-on & off bus tour and saw as much as our energy would allow. We really enjoyed the Picasso Museum and we had two great tapas meals. The hotel recommended a good tapas restaurant and it was absoluetly marvelous. In fact, we went there twice and had the same meal both times!! Both hotels you booked were very nice and the champagne was terrific. Thank you! Being a tourist is hard work and it has taken me several days to get back on a regular schedule. Thanks so much for all your help and advice.
Thanks, Ann."

"Lenny, thanks for putting together our wonderful 30 year anniversary trip to Canada.
Everything was perfect!
Toronto - the subway, the Zoo, Casa Loma castle and dinner at the CN Tower in the evening.
VIA Rail across Canada - the scenery was fantastic - we had a snow fall, and the food and service on the train was exceptional, very much enjoyed the Prestige cabin with double Murphy bed - no climbing stairs to bunk at night.
Vancouver - the ferry ride and trip to the Empress Hotel offered wonderful views of the mountains surrounding the bays. Thanks to you we were upgraded to a suite at the Empress - a Real treat and we were treated Royally. The BC Museum had a Gold Rush Exhibit - my weight in Gold was calculated at $5.7 million - I must have gained a couple hundred thousand of dollars on the train trip over from all the good food. The highlight of Victoria was "High Tea" at Butchart Gardens.
Everything was timed just right - we never felt rushed nor had any long waits. Having us stay at the Fairmont at the Vancouver Airport the night before our return gave us some extra sleep as the Delta counter was at the foot of the stairs. Again, thanks for making our 30th anniversary truly memorable. - Phil and Kelly Coram"

"We had a very nice trip with following seas and fair winds as they say in the Navy. The only problem was that the Miracle had had a bad voyage a couple of weeks earlier and so they changed their itinerary (which you know). This meant we had precious little time in Kauai and in Kona (5 hours each with required tendering in Kona). We had an excellent excursion in Hilo with Lavaland Tours. This was an extensive tour to Volcano National Park. They were very good in modifying the tour to accommodate the rapidly and seemingly ever-chaging port times.
We also had a good experience with Kauai Air when we took a plane rather than a helicopter. We were a little further from the action, but had a great panoramic view of the island.
But as always, it's good to be home. - Dave"

"Lenny was so patient with all our questions (& we had alot) and we learned so much from him. The trip was a wonderful, beautiful, fun experience and we have already recommended it to several family and friends. Being our first time ou tof the USA we had a lot of fears, but Lenny walked us through each one with patience and kindness and again taught us many tricks to traveling. We plan to do a river cruise next year, just have to decide where and when and with whom. The AmaDolce was the perfect ship to start our travel experience with and our tour guides made the trip very memorable and fun. Thanks you, thank you, thank you for opening up (literally) a whole new world for us." - Carol F. Beeman

"Just wanted to let you know we had a great time on our recent Crystal cruise. By the way, the tour we booked through you in Nova Scotia was wonderful. The guide/driver was very knowledgeable, etc and the best part was that it was a small group. There were five of us in a large van so it was very comfortable. You get an A+ for that one." - Nancy Landy

"Once again, Lenny's well-planned itinerary ensured a fabulous land-sea trip for us. His efforts are appreciated! - George Waas
