Meet our new Business Development Manager!
Pat Swartz has joined the staff at Holiday Cruises and Tours as business development manager. In this role, Pat will be developing and implementing potential growth opportunities within and between associations, faith-based groups, and other organizations.
Pat has worked as a meeting planner for over 20 years. She earned the Certified Meeting Professional designation in February 2008 and was re-certified in 2013. Pat has a proven track record in developing, managing, and successfully executing sophisticated and complex events. Pat is a Dale Carnegie graduate and has completed training in Total Quality Management through the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition, Pat completed the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People Leadership Training through the Covey Leadership Center and recently graduated from the Master Resilience Trainer Course through the United States Army and the University of Pennsylvania.
